For Hollis's birthday I made him hot dogs and homemade Mac & Cheese -- gotta love it! I recall asking for the same meal for my birthday dinners when I was a little girl. I made Hollis a train cake made out of spice cake and as you can see he loved it! It was really hard to keep Makenna's little fingers out of the cake until after dinner -- she thought it was the coolest cake ever!
